To contact a Retailer, go into your AppScenic Account, and click on Messages on the left side of your Account.
Here, you have a button NEW MESSAGE on the top right corner of your window.
Click on this button and a popup window will appear with a form.
Here you need to fill in the Order ID, the subject of your message, and choose a priority number for it, meaning how urgent is this, from 1, very urgent, to 4, not so urgent.
