When you add a new product under the right Categories you make it easy and fast for retailers and their consumers to find your product.  


So, choosing the right category for your product is very important to increase your chance to get that product in front of the right customers and have more sales.


Follow the steps below if you want to know how to add a new product under a specific category.


On your AppScenic Account, click on Products and then on My Products. 


Now, there are 2 ways of adding an existent or new product under one or more categories.



1. Find the product you want to add to a specific category.


Click on the title of the product and you will land on its page.


On the right side of your product page, right under Product Status, you will see Product Groups.


Right under Product Groups, you have the field called Categories.


Add your product to the right Categories and click Save. 



2. Go to My Products and find the product you want to update.


Check the box on its left and choose Update Categories from the tabs on top of your products list. 


Then check Add Categories, add all the right ones, and confirm your updates.
