You can enable Infinite Stock for specific products. This means the stock for these items is very large (or infinite) and you won’t need to keep an inventory tracking.
Keep in mind that as long as you enable the Infinite Stock, those items will never run out of stock.
An example of an item with Infinite Stock enabled can be a non-physical good such as gift cards.
