Yes, of course. Just follow the steps below.

From your AppScenic Account, click on Products and then on My Products.

Find the product you want to update and click on the title of that product to get on its page.

On the right side of that product page, you will see Price Formulas and Returns. 

Under the Price Formula field, you can specify return options:

  • Free Returns: you agree to not charge anything for shipping when a customer wants to return that specific product for any of the reasons defined by you in the Return Policy.

  • Override Return Timeframe: when checking the Override Return Timeframe box on your product page, you disable the default timeframe for returns and have to provide another time limit for returns.
