The Return Timeframe is the time limit in which a customer can return a product for specific reasons, defined by the supplier, such as wrong product, wrong quantity, damaged product.





If the supplier has a return timeframe of, let’s say, 15 days, like the one above, then this means the customers can change their mind about the purchase and can return it within 15 days from the day they received the products.


Keep in mind that this return timeframe can be different from one supplier to another and from one product to another.
