On the Integration page of your AppScenic Account, there is a column called STATUS under your stores list. There you will see either CONNECTED or OFFLINE.

Now, if you select ACTIONS on the right side of a specific store name, and then click on CONNECT, that store will be in sync with AppScenic

This also means product updates such as Price and Stock done by yourself or the supplier are reflected in your Online Store too. In other words, the products on AppScenic are in sync with your store. 

This is what CONNECT means.
