We offer two types of subscription plans:
- A Monthly Plan: It can be canceled at any time and cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
- A Yearly Plan: It can be canceled at the end of each contract year.
So, to cancel your subscription, you need to go to Billing and Subscriptions and click on My Subscription.
On the top side, you will see your current subscriptions. Just click on Cancel, confirm your choice and that’s all.
Keep in mind: The cancelation will happen at the end of the billing period and we don't provide refunds pro rata for the remaining time.
