We offer two types of subscription plans:

  • A Monthly Plan: can be terminated at any time and cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing month.

  • A Yearly Plan: can be terminated at the end of each contract year.

So, to cancel your subscription, you need to go to your AppScenic Account. Under Billing and Subscriptions, you have to click on My Subscription. 

Here, on the top side, you will see your current subscriptions, just click on Cancel, confirm your choice and that’s all. 

Keep in mind that the cancelation will happen at the end of the billing period and we don't provide refunds pro rata for the remaining time.
